Tunisian Wholesale Markets Company (Sotumag) to Hold Ordinary General Meeting for 2024
The Tunisian Wholesale Markets Company (Sotumag) will hold its Ordinary General Meeting for the 2024 fiscal year on Wednesday, June 4, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at the company's headquarters located on the Naassène road, Bir Kassâa (Ben Arous).
Agenda
The meeting will cover the examination and adoption of the financial reports for the 2024 fiscal year, as well as the reports of the Board of Directors and the Auditor. The assembly will also deliberate on the allocation of profits, the fixing of attendance fees for directors, and the bonuses for the Audit Committee.
Other Business
The meeting will also proceed to appoint a representative of small shareholders to the Board of Directors for the 2025-2027 period, renew the term of office of the Board members for the same duration, and grant them discharge.
