Sotipapier Shareholders Convened for Ordinary General Meeting (OGM)
The shareholders of Sotipapier are summoned to an Ordinary General Meeting (OGM) to be held on December 20, 2024.
Following a proposal by the company's Board of Directors, the OGM has decided to distribute dividends amounting to 9,018,909,120 TND for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2023, which represents a dividend of 0.320 TND per share (29.36% of the nominal value).
The payment will be made on January 3, 2025.
It is worth noting that the net result for 2023 was 2,690,928,000 TND.
