Sotipapier Approves Financial Statements and Allocates Remuneration to Board Members
Following its Ordinary General Assembly (AGO) held on June 25, 2024, Sotipapier approved the individual financial statements for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2023, with a total balance of 121,321,178 TND and a net profit of 2,690,928 TND.
The AGO also decided to allocate a gross amount of 150,000 TND as attendance fees for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2023. This remuneration will be charged to the company's operating expenses.
The AGO renewed the mandate of MTBF (a member of PwC) as the company's second auditor for a new three-year period, covering the fiscal years 2024, 2025, and 2026.
The other auditor of the company is Tunisie Audit et Conseil (a member of Grant Thornton International), with a mandate covering the fiscal years 2022, 2023, and 2024.
