Sotetel Shares Financial Performance for 2023
The Tunisian Company of Telecommunications, commonly known as Sotetel, shared the details of its financial performance for 2023 during its Board of Directors meeting on April 29, 2024.
The financial statements reveal a net worth of 31,233,616 Tunisian Dinars (Mtnd), including a net profit of 3,878,594 Mtnd for the exercise. The total balance for this period amounts to 94,551,491 Mtnd.
In light of this financial situation, the Board of Directors has agreed to propose to the next Ordinary General Assembly the distribution of a dividend of 0.500 dinars per share.
This decision is in line with the company's policy of rewarding its shareholders and sharing profits fairly.
