Sotetel Announces Dividend Distribution for 2023
Following the ordinary general assembly held on June 28, 2024, the Tunisian Company of Telecommunications Enterprises (Sotetel) has decided to distribute a dividend of 0.500 TND per share, for a total amount of 2,318,400 TND, for the year 2023.
These dividends are subject to withholding tax at the source, payable to the brokerage firm or depositary of the securities.
The dividend detachment date is set for September 20, 2024.
