SOPAT Announces Changes to Board of Directors Following Ordinary General Assembly
Following the ordinary general assembly (AGO) held on September 24, 2024, SOPAT (Teboulba Agricultural Production Company) has accepted the resignation of Kamel Belkhiria from his position as administrator.
The position will now be occupied by Mohamed Rekik, whose term will end at the AGO that will review the accounts for the 2025 fiscal year. This deadline also applies to the other members of the board of directors: the limited company "MEDIGRAIN", the limited liability company "M.C.S.R", the limited company "Les Aliments Composés du Nord", and the limited company "GALLUS".
