The position of administrator representing minority shareholders requires at least a master's degree or equivalent and professional experience in management, finance, or engineering (building, industrial, computer science).
Requirements for the Independent Administrators
The second position requires at least a master's degree in finance, an engineering title (or equivalent), and at least 10 years of professional experience in the financial sector or the construction materials industry.
