General Store Company (SMG) Relaunches Call for Applications for Minority Shareholder Representative

The General Store Company (SMG) is relaunching its call for applications for the recruitment of an administrator representing minority shareholders for the 2024, 2025, and 2026 exercises.

Election Process

The designation will take place through an election during a special assembly convened by SMG, subject to ratification by the ordinary general assembly deliberating on the 2023 year.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible, candidates must possess:

Honorability
Integrity
Honesty
Confidentiality
Competence
At least a master's degree (or equivalent diploma)
At least 10 years of professional experience in one of the following specialties:
- Management
- Finance
- Engineering (agro-food, industrial, computer science)
