Land'Or Launches Call for Applications for Independent Administrator Position
The Land'Or company is launching a call for applications to designate an independent administrator for a one-year term covering the 2024 financial year.
Eligibility Criteria
The candidate for the Independent Administrator position must not be a shareholder of Land'Or and must meet the following criteria:
- Honesty
- Integrity
- Impartiality
- Confidentiality
Experience Requirements
The ideal candidate must have:
- At least a master's degree or equivalent
- A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in the dairy industry, preferably with international experience
- Expertise in control and surveillance
- Ability to analyze financial statements and monitor risks faced by industrial companies
Application Requirements
The application dossier must include:
- A cover letter addressed to the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Land'Or, presenting the candidate, their motivations, and profile
- A candidate profile sheet
- The candidate's CV
- A copy of the National Identity Card
- A sworn declaration signed by the candidate, attesting that they meet the eligibility criteria
- A recent extract from the judicial record (less than three months old)
- Documents justifying the candidate's skills and qualifications mentioned in their CV
