Tunisian National Real Estate Company Launches Programs to Facilitate Housing Acquisition for Citizens
The Tunisian National Real Estate Company (SNIT) has announced a series of programs aimed at facilitating the acquisition of housing for Tunisian citizens, offering advantageous conditions and respecting well-defined criteria.
As part of these initiatives, 532 apartments will be made available gradually in 2025, distributed across areas such as Sidi Hassine, Ezzahrouni, Hay Ibn Sina, and Mornaguia. These apartments, with surface areas ranging from 100 to 120 square meters, will be offered at studied prices, in compliance with social housing legislation.
To address concerns about the transparency of distribution processes, Abdelkader Gassem, Commercial Director at SNIT, explained that the company has set up an electronic registration system accessible on its official website. This system allows citizens to submit their applications, receive a registration number, and benefit from a transparent and equitable distribution of apartments.
