SNIT Launches Sale of 190 Apartments under FOPROLOS Program
The Tunisian National Real Estate Company (SNIT) has announced the commercialization of 190 apartments as part of the FOPROLOS program, aimed at citizens wishing to become homeowners. In parallel, 55 other apartments from the same development are being integrated into the first-time buyer program, according to information provided by SNIT.
The prices of the apartments for sale vary depending on their surface area. The S+1 apartments (one bedroom + living room) are offered between 105,000 and 114,000 dinars, the S+2 apartments (two bedrooms + living room) between 131,000 and 145,000 dinars, and the S+3 apartments (three bedrooms + living room) are available between 177,000 and 193,000 dinars.
Abdelkader Kacem, SNIT's commercial director, stated on Thursday, March 13, 2025, on national radio that apartment visits began the previous day and will continue until Sunday, March 16, from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Interested individuals can register starting Monday, March 17, at 8:00 a.m. via SNIT's official website, where they will receive a registration certificate.
