The Tunis Stock Exchange informs the public and brokerage firms of the following:
The simplified public tender offer for the shares of Société Immobilière Tuniso-Saoudienne (SITS) at a unit price of 1,900 dinars, which was open from Tuesday, October 8, 2024, to Tuesday, October 22, 2024, has been closed as of the latter date.
Through this operation, Partner Investment SARL, acting in concert with Founders Capital Partners, aims to acquire 2,336,815 SITS shares, representing 14.98% of the company's capital.
It is recalled that as of the opening date, Partner Investment SARL, acting in concert with Founders Capital Partners, held 13,263,185 SITS shares, representing 85.02% of the company's capital.
During the tender offer period, Partner Investment SARL acquired 391,239 SITS shares on the stock exchange and now holds directly and in concert with Founders Capital Partners 13,654,424 shares, representing 87.53% of the company's capital.
