Sitex Postpones Annual General Meeting to Finalize 2025 Financial Statements and Restructuring Plan
The Industrial Textile Company (Sitex) has decided to postpone its ordinary Annual General Meeting, initially scheduled for June 30, 2026, in order to finalize its 2025 financial statements and continue working on its restructuring plan.
Decision Made by the Board of Directors
The decision was made by the Board of Directors during its meeting on June 26, 2026, according to a statement released by the company.
Sitex explains that this postponement occurs as the work undertaken as part of the judicial restructuring procedure continues. It will allow the company to complete the necessary diligence for the finalization of the 2025 financial statements, which closed on December 31, 2025, and to take into account the latest developments related to the preparation of the restructuring plan.
Ongoing Evaluation and Analysis
The judicial administrator, in consultation with the various parties involved, is continuing the evaluations and analyses necessary to define a comprehensive plan. This plan aims to ensure the long-term sustainability of the company's activity, preserve jobs, gradually improve its financial situation, and durably restore its economic balances.
