Togo Develops New Water Resource Information System, SIREau, with World Bank Support
Togo is developing a new water resource information system, SIREau, with the support of the Ministry of Water and Village Hydraulics, according to several sources.
This project, financed by the World Bank to the tune of 60 billion FCFA, aims to improve the management and monitoring of the country's water resources.
SIREau will provide a centralized database to facilitate planning and management of these essential resources for economic and social development.
This initiative could inspire other countries to set up similar systems for better water resource management.
