Simpar's Activity Indicators Show Spectacular Progress

The activity indicators of the Real Estate and Participation Company (Simpar) reveal a spectacular increase in commercial activity, driven by the progress of several large-scale real estate projects and the receipt of significant dividends.

Sales Performance

In terms of sales, the performance of the second quarter of 2026 is in stark contrast to that of the previous year. Sales stood at 9,593 MDT, compared to only 0,324 MDT for the same quarter in 2025. This surge is mainly due to the receipt, in June 2026, of the minutes of the Galaxie project, which alone generated sales of 5,800 MDT.

Half-Year Results

Over the half-year, total revenue reached 12,477 MDT, a significant increase compared to the 0,696 MDT recorded during the same period in 2025. This growth is the result of both the increase in sales (11,651 MDT) and the receipt of participation income, which amounted to 0,740 MDT over the first six months of the year.

Financial Structure

The company's financial structure also reflects sustained activity. Advances received from customers amount to 10,826 MDT, compared to 5,889 MDT a year earlier, corresponding to a potential sales figure of 18 MDT. Furthermore, finished goods inventory has increased significantly, from 12,782 MDT at the end of June 2025 to 56,883 MDT a year later, reflecting the progress of the work.

Medium-Term Outlook

The medium-term outlook is encouraging. The estimated annual sales figure is 31 MDT. Several key projects are in an advanced stage. The Raoued project, for which the acceptance certificate has been obtained, is expected to generate estimated sales of around 36 MDT. Additionally, Simpar is continuing its partnerships in a consortium with SPI El Madina. The construction work on the HSC 8 project, located in Chotrana I, is progressing, with an estimated sales share of 9 MDT for Simpar. Finally, the launch of the Jardins d'El Menzah project, also in a consortium, paves the way for an estimated sales figure of around 23 MDT for the company. Simpar thus appears to be well on track to achieve a year marked by sustained growth in its activity.
