Update on the Composition of the College of Judicial Mandatories
The Industrial Company of Electrical Equipment and Materials SIAME informs its shareholders and the public that, pursuant to an order from the Court of First Instance of Tunis dated May 18, 2026, the college of judicial mandatories has been recomposed. This decision has led to a reduction in the number of mandatories, from three (3) members to a single (1) member. As a result, the mission of controlling the management acts of the company is now ensured by the judicial mandatory, Faouzi Ben Salem.
