SIAME Announces Dividend Distribution and Board Member Renewal
The Industrial Company for Electrical Equipment and Materials (SIAME) has decided, following its ordinary general assembly held on May 23, 2024, to distribute a dividend of 0.120 dinars per share for the 2023 fiscal year.
Dividend Payment Schedule
The dividends will be paid out starting from Thursday, August 15, 2024.
Board Member Renewal
Furthermore, the ordinary general assembly has decided to renew the mandate of Mr. Hamadi Hentati, Administrator representing small shareholders, for a new 3-year period, expiring with the holding of the ordinary general assembly that will review the accounts for the 2026 fiscal year.
