Tunisian Association of Capital Investors (ATIC) Appoints First Woman as Head
The Tunisian Association of Capital Investors (ATIC) has, for the first time since its founding in 2004, elected a woman to its presidency. Selma Zouaoui, General Manager of STB SICAR, was designated at the end of the Ordinary General Assembly.
She will be accompanied by Mohamed Salah Frad, CEO of UGFS North Africa, elected as Vice President, and Raoudha Essid, CEO of International SICAR (UIB - Société Générale Group), who will assume the role of Treasurer.
This new composition of the Board of Directors illustrates a desire for diversity and renewal within the ATIC, a key structure for the development of venture capital in Tunisia. The board now comprises 11 members from major public and private structures such as CDC Gestion, Amen Capital, Tuninvest Financial Management, and SODINO SICAR.
