Transportation: A Key Sector for Development
Transportation is one of the most important sectors for judging a country's development. This is why it was a central axis of the activities at the 10th ministerial meeting of the Sino-Arab Cooperation Forum in Beijing.
This meeting, which took place in the context of China's growing influence on the young continent, was an opportunity to present a set of ambitious projects related to the transportation sector. These projects will play a crucial role in improving Tunisia's transportation system, modernizing and developing infrastructure, achieving energy, environmental, and digital transitions, and strengthening the historical relations between Tunisia and China.
Since the beginning of the century, China has continued to strengthen its presence in North Africa in terms of trade and investment. Therefore, good relations between Tunisia and China can only be a positive sign for Tunisia's prosperity.
