President Kaïs Saïed Appoints Sarra Zaâfrani Zanzri as Head of Government
The President of the Republic, Kaïs Saïed, has appointed Sarra Zaâfrani Zanzri as the head of government. The announcement was made through a presidential statement published at dawn on Friday, March 21.
She succeeds Kamel Maddouri, whose dismissal was decided by the Head of State the previous day.
In addition, Kaïs Saïed has also designated Salah Zouari as Minister of Equipment and Housing. The latter took the oath before the President of the Republic, in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 14 of 1991, dated February 25, 1991.
