Sanimed's global revenue stood at 15,819 MDT as of June 30, 2024, marking a 25% decrease compared to the same period in 2023.
In terms of local revenue, the company saw a decline from 9,980 MDT as of June 30, 2023, to 9,018 MDT during the same period in 2024, representing a 10% drop.
Export Revenue Plummets 38% to 6,801 MDT
Export revenue took a significant hit, falling from 10,990 MDT in 2023 to 6,801 MDT in 2024, a 38% decrease.
This decline is attributed to supply chain difficulties and delays in the implementation of the company's financial restructuring plan.
Recovery Expected
Sanimed is confident that the export revenue shortfall will be made up for in accordance with the company's order book.
Meanwhile, the company is gradually catching up on the backlog of orders received in the first quarter of 2024.
Production Down 40%
Production levels have decreased by 40% as of June 30, 2024. Despite these challenges, Sanimed has maintained a high level of investment, reaching 266 MDT during the period.
Bank Commitments Stand at 107,481 MDT
As of June 30, 2024, Sanimed's bank commitments stood at 107,481 MDT, compared to 107,873 MDT as of December 31, 2023.
