Sanimed Launches Fifth Call for Independent Administrator Candidates
Sanimed is issuing a call for candidates for the fifth time to fill two independent administrator positions.
The company informs its shareholders that the list of selected candidates will be submitted for review to the CMF (Autorité des Marchés Financiers) before being definitively approved by the ordinary general assembly, which will be convened for this purpose this year. The term of office is set at three years, renewable once.
Candidates must, at the time of their application, hold a master's degree (or equivalent) and have at least 10 years of professional experience in the industrial sector.
The deadline for submitting applications is December 10, 2024.
