Sanimed Relaunches Call for Two Positions for the Fourth Time
Sanimed is relaunching its call for applications for two positions: a representative of minority shareholders and two independent administrators, each for a three-year term that can only be renewed once.
Representative of Minority Shareholders
The first position requires:
- A master's degree (or equivalent) and at least 10 years of professional experience in one of the following fields: management, finance, or engineering (building, industrial, computer science).
- Individual participation in Sanimed's capital not exceeding 0.5%.
Independent Administrator
The necessary qualifications for this position are:
- A master's degree (or equivalent) and at least 10 years of professional experience in the industrial sector.
