Sanimed S.A. Relaunches Call for Independent Administrator Candidates for 2024-2026
Sanimed S.A. is relaunching its call for candidates for two Independent Administrator positions for the 2024, 2025, and 2026 exercises, aiming to strengthen its governance in accordance with new legal requirements.
The selected candidates will be subject to approval by the Ordinary General Assembly, which will deliberate on the 2023 financial statements.
The eligibility criteria include:
- Honesty
- Integrity
- Impartiality
- At least 10 years of professional experience in the industrial sector
Application files must be submitted to Sanimed's headquarters no later than Friday, May 31, 2024, at 2 pm.
The selection process will be rigorous, with a thorough evaluation of applications by the Board of Directors and validation by the Financial Market Council.
Only one candidate will be retained and definitively approved during the Ordinary General Assembly.
