Sanimed Relaunches Call for Two Board Member Positions
Sanimed is relaunching its call for applications for two board member positions: a representative of minority shareholders and two independent administrators, each for a three-year term that can only be renewed once.
Representative of Minority Shareholders
The first position, that of the representative of minority shareholders, requires:
- A master's degree (or equivalent) and
- At least 10 years of professional experience in one of the following fields: management, finance, or engineering (building, industrial, computer science).
- The candidate must also hold individual shares in Sanimed's capital, not exceeding 0.5%.
Independent Administrator
The qualifications necessary for the independent administrator position are:
- A master's degree (or equivalent) and
- At least 10 years of professional experience in the industrial sector.

The deadline for submitting applications for both positions is January 3, 2025, at 5:00 PM.
