Sanimed Relaunches Call for Applications for Two Board Positions
Sanimed has relaunched its call for applications for two different positions: a shareholder representative and two independent administrators, each with a three-year mandate that can only be renewed once.
Shareholder Representative
The first position, that of the shareholder representative, requires:
- At least a master's degree (or equivalent diploma)
- At least 10 years of professional experience in management, finance, or engineering (building, industrial, computer science)
- Individual participation in Sanimed's capital, not exceeding 0.5%
Independent Administrators
The necessary qualifications for the two independent administrator positions are:
- A master's degree (or equivalent diploma)
- At least 10 years of professional experience in the industrial sector
Application Deadline
The deadline for submitting applications for both positions is July 12, 2024, at 2:00 PM.
