Atelier du Meuble Intérieurs (SAM) Announces Dividend Distribution and Steady Growth
The Atelier du Meuble Intérieurs (SAM) company has announced to its shareholders that it will distribute a total dividend of 2,502,735.750 dinars for the 2024 fiscal year, equivalent to 0.450 dinar per share, representing 45% of the nominal value. The dividend detachment will take place on August 29, 2025, in accordance with the decision made during the Ordinary General Assembly on June 24.
The company is experiencing moderate but steady growth, with a consolidated turnover reaching 29.2 million dinars in 2024, compared to 28.6 million dinars in 2023, representing a 2% increase.
Founded in 1988 and listed on the Tunis Stock Exchange since 2017, Atelier du Meuble Intérieurs specializes in the design, manufacture, and marketing of office furniture, interior furniture, and specific fittings for professionals and individuals. The company stands out with a network of showrooms located in Tunis, Sousse, Sfax, and Béja, but it is also betting on the internationalization of its sales, particularly towards Africa and Europe. It already has an assembly unit in France and plans to open a showroom in Nice to better position itself in the European market.
