Atelier du Meuble Intérieurs (SAM) Holds Ordinary General Assembly
The Atelier du Meuble Intérieurs (SAM) company held its Ordinary General Assembly (AGO) on June 25. Following this meeting, several resolutions were adopted.
Among these resolutions, the company decided to distribute a gross dividend of 0.500 TND per share. The payment date is set for July 31.
Additionally, the Ordinary General Assembly ratified the appointment of Mr. Nader Ghazouani, elected by the Elective Assembly held on June 22, 2023, as a representative of minority shareholders on the board of directors. This position is for a term that will end at the conclusion of the Ordinary General Assembly called to deliberate on the accounts of the 2025 financial year.
Furthermore, the General Assembly decided to allocate the sum of three thousand dinars (3000 TND) gross to each member of the board of directors as attendance fees.
