Sadok Laarif Appointed as Judicial Administrator of Somocer
Sadok Laarif, a judicial administrator, has been appointed to head Somocer, following a judicial decision.
His role consists of temporarily managing the company, ensuring the continuity of its activities and the total preservation of its assets, which are under his responsibility. This temporary management aims to facilitate the normal pursuit of the company's material obligations, according to a statement published by the CMF on May 14.
Furthermore, the company notes that this appointment will not affect Somocer's activities, transactions, and relationships with all its partners, both nationally and internationally.
