Tunisie Sicav: Composition of the Board of Directors
According to a statement from the CMF, the board of directors of Tunisie Sicav consists of:
- Sabeur Elloumi, Chairman of the Board, who is also a manager of OPCVM at Tunisie Valeurs Asset Management and a member of the board of directors of companies such as Sicav Plus and Sicav Patrimoine Obligataire.
The other members of the board of directors are:
- Hatem Saighi, General Manager of Tunisie Valeurs Asset Management, who is also a member of the board of directors of various companies, including Sicav Trésor, Sicav Entreprise, and Sicav Patrimoine Obligataire.
- Walid Saibi, General Manager of Tunisie Valeurs, who is also a member of the board of directors of companies such as Sicav Trésor, Sicav Entreprise, and Sicav Opportuninity, and acts as a permanent representative of Tunisie Valeurs on the board of directors of Tunisie Valeurs Asset Management.
