Yassine Ben Abdallah Appointed Deputy CEO of Pâtes Warda

Yassine Ben Abdallah has joined Pâtes Warda as Deputy Chief Executive Officer (DGA). In announcing his appointment, he stated that he is integrating into the subsidiary of the Rose Blanche Group with a primary focus on driving performance, operational excellence, and corporate development.

This appointment comes at a time when the agri-food group holds a significant position within the Tunisian cereal industry. Founded in 1997, Warda markets pasta, couscous, and flours. The company reports a production capacity exceeding 520 tons per day and maintains a presence in more than 60 countries.

The Rose Blanche Group lists Warda among its flagship brands and positions itself across multiple stages of the cereal value chain, ranging from wheat collection and processing to finished products. The group reported producing 1.425 million tons of cereal products in 2023.

For Yassine Ben Abdallah, this new role marks a continuation of a career defined by executive leadership across various sectors. Prior to joining Warda, he notably led Hamila Stoneware and held senior management positions within Alliance Groupe. He also established Baylencia Consulting in 2024, a consultancy firm specializing in business transformation, organizational design, transition management, and performance steering.

His professional background also includes experience in the automotive industry and various roles related to commercial development, supply chain management, and general management. In November 2025, he further strengthened his expertise by obtaining the International Certificate in Corporate Finance from HEC Paris, a program he described as a means to enhance his financial competencies as an executive.

In his announcement, the new Deputy CEO did not outline a specific action plan or announce new investments. However, he established an initial roadmap: taking the time to thoroughly understand Warda’s business, culture, and operational realities before contributing to the company’s next phases of development.
