National Business Register Urges Users to Verify Accounts and Address Rejected Filings
The National Business Register announced yesterday, July 17, that all users of the electronic financial statement filing platform must verify their accounts. They must also address rejected filings due to irregularities within 60 days from the notification date of the irregularities.
The Register emphasizes that failing to respond within this timeframe will automatically result in the rejection of the filing. Any subsequent re-filing will also be subject to late penalties.
Platform users can also submit their requests and complaints through the remote assistance service at the following address: Help Desk (registre-entreprises). It is essential to include the unique identification number and the relevant financial year concerned by the complaint or information request.
