The Tunis-Carthage International Airport has been ranked last in the world in the AirHelp Score 2026, published on June 9 by AirHelp, a company specializing in air passenger rights. Out of 279 airports evaluated in 76 countries, the Tunisian airport ranked 279th with an overall score of 5.50 out of 10.

The AirHelp Score ranking is based on three main criteria:

  • Passenger experience (20% of the final score)
