The Tunis-Carthage International Airport has been ranked last in the world in the AirHelp Score 2026, published on June 9 by AirHelp, a company specializing in air passenger rights. Out of 279 airports evaluated in 76 countries, the Tunisian airport ranked 279th with an overall score of 5.50 out of 10.

- Passenger experience (20% of the final score)
- Infrastructure and comfort (20% of the final score) The study is based on flight data recorded between May 1, 2025, and April 30, 2026, as well as over 14,000 traveler reviews collected worldwide.
