Resumption of Trading in SITS Shares Following Simplified Public Tender Offer Announcement
Following the publication of the notice of opening of a Simplified Public Tender Offer on the shares of Tunisian-Saudi Real Estate Company "SITS", trading in SITS shares will resume as of Tuesday, October 8, 2024.
In a statement released on October 1, the Financial Market Council announced that it had been notified of a request to launch a public tender offer (PTO) under the simplified procedure, targeting 2,336,815 shares of SITS, representing 14.98% of its share capital.
The initiator of this project is Partner Investment SARL, acting in concert with Founders Capital Partners, which together hold 85.02% of the company's share capital.
