Important Tax Deadlines in May 2025

This Monday, May 5, 2025, is the last day to pay the car sticker fee for vehicles acquired through Ijara or leasing contracts, reminds the General Directorate of Taxes (DGI).

Other key tax deadlines await taxpayers this month. May 15 marks the deadline for submitting the monthly declaration for individuals, including VAT, withholding taxes, and other regular tax obligations.

Businesses and professionals affiliated with the online declaration system have until May 20 to submit their tax declarations and make online payments.

May 26 concerns the annual income tax declarations for taxpayers, including artisans, service providers, and non-commercial professionals.

Finally, legal entities not registered for online declaration must respect the May 28 deadline to submit their declarations and settle the amounts owed.
