A Symbolic Moment to Honor Inspiring Careers
It was a symbolic moment during which we honored inspiring careers through their conviction and the quality of their work; personalities who have shone within the community. We celebrated their trajectories and expressed our gratitude for their significant contribution to the evolution of our sector, said Lamia Tritar, CEO of Iceberg Agency, President of the ATPMC, and organizer of the 2nd edition of "Ramadanes'Comm", held on April 2, 2026. The event was an opportunity to pay tribute to seven personalities from the brand-agency-media ecosystem in Tunisia.
Seven Careers, Seven Sources of Inspiration
The award ceremony was punctuated by testimonials from the honored personalities.
- Salah Attia, a professor and knowledge transmitter, looked back on his career: "I started at 21 in professional training, then launched brands, organized thousands of seminars, and accompanied many companies in all sectors. Among all these achievements, transmitting knowledge is what I have held most dear."
- Nabil Belaam, founder of Emrhod, member of the INS, and president of the national chamber, evoked "a career spanning several decades of work begun in 1986", dedicated to better understanding Tunisians through studies and surveys, while observing the evolution of a country he finds increasingly fascinating.
- Mawaheb Ben Amor, a marketing director with 26 years of experience, recalled her constant passion for marketing, communication, and creativity, emphasizing that she has always considered this profession to go beyond brands and must above all give meaning to the actions undertaken.
- Hosni Krid-Gargouri, a teacher and expert in marketing and communication, estimated that an inspiring career is often built through difficulties. With 25 years of experience, she insisted on the importance of surrounding oneself with the right people, which she considers the greatest wealth.
- Mohamed-Salah Ben Slamia, a marketing and communication expert, recalled that "work always pays off in the end". Passionate about advertising from a young age, he mentioned the creation of his agency Muse in Sousse in 2009, despite prejudices that one had to be based in Tunis to succeed in the sector.
- Tarek Chabir, a pioneer in corporate social responsibility (CSR) and internal communication, looked back on his beginnings in this field in 2006 within a company of 200 employees, at a time when this type of function was still underdeveloped in Tunisia. He took the opportunity to call for better recognition of this profession.
- Sahar Mechri, founder of EO Managers, creator of the first women's business network, and teacher, emphasized that her career was above all the result of collective work, carried out with her team and many partners who contributed to concretizing this vision.
