Radisson Hotel Group has been recognized with two prestigious awards at the International Hotel Technology Awards Asia 2024.
The group's mobile application took home the title of "Hotel App of the Year," while its innovative immersive experience was voted "Guest Facing Tech of the Year."
This technology allows customers to virtually explore hotels, making it easier to choose rooms, meeting spaces, and event venues.
The SEAP team, represented by Anish Bhatia, received the awards in Singapore.
