Important Notice for SITEX Shareholders
Only shareholders of the Société Industrielle des Textiles (SITEX) registered in the company's records at least eight days prior to February 12, 2026, are eligible to participate. Each shareholder must own a minimum of 10 shares. Those with fewer shares can group together and appoint a representative with a special power of attorney.
