Tunisian Skills Placement Abroad Sees Significant Increase
As of April 31, 2024, the placement of Tunisian skills abroad has increased, with 966 recruits. Canada tops the list with 210 recruits, followed closely by Germany with 203 recruits. The Gulf countries, Europe, and Africa also feature prominently in the list.
Healthcare Sector Leads the Way
The majority of recruitments were in the paramedical sector, with 375 individuals recruited. This sector has emerged as the leading sector for Tunisian skills recruitment.
Number of Tunisian Cooperants Abroad on the Rise
According to the latest figures from the ATCT, the number of Tunisian cooperants abroad has also increased, reaching 25,663 as of the end of April. In terms of the distribution of cooperants and experts, the education sector takes the top spot (9,372 recruits), followed by the health sector (8,109 recruits).
