Telnet Holding Achieves Strong Performance in Q2 2025
Telnet Holding has reported an operating income of 20,030 MTND (Tunisian Dinars) for the second quarter of 2025, thanks to the achievements of its New Technologies of Space pole, which contributed 5,526 MTND, exceeding expectations. The R&D Engineering pole remains the main driver of revenue, with 15,459 MTND. The pole is projecting significant growth in the coming quarters, driven by the launch of a new major project with a new client, which explains the increase in personnel costs. A salary increase has been granted to preserve the company's skills, and new recruitments have been made to strengthen its human capital. The two other business poles, Network Integration Services and PLM Services, generated 2,044 MTND.
Strong Revenue Growth
Since the beginning of the year, revenues have reached 42,168 MTND, up 23.3% year-over-year. Operating expenses (excluding personnel costs) have increased by 19.1% to 7,396 MTND as of June 2025. In terms of profitability, the EBITDA margin has decreased from 19.8% at the end of the first half of 2024 to 16.01% this year.
Favorable Tax Settlement
The company has also concluded a definitive agreement with the tax authorities, resulting in the closure of a tax audit file related to a subsidiary.
RSE Engagement and EcoVadis Medal
Telnet Holding has been awarded the EcoVadis bronze medal in June 2025. This distinction places the group among the top 16% of companies in the IT engineering sector, according to EcoVadis standards, and reflects the integration of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) issues at the heart of its business strategy. This recognition will enable the company to secure more business in the future, as it is a key criterion for obtaining new markets.

The company's stock is well-received by investors, with an annual return of 19.2%. The announced figures are expected to further reassure investors, and an upward trend is anticipated in the coming trading sessions.
