City Cars to Pay Dividend to Shareholders
The company City Cars will pay a dividend of 1.250 dinars per share for the 2025 fiscal year, in accordance with the decision adopted at its Ordinary General Assembly on June 2, 2026.
According to a statement released by the company, the dividend detachment date is set for July 7, 2026, while the payment will be made on July 9, 2026.
The distribution was approved under the fourth resolution related to the allocation of the 2025 fiscal year results, validated by the shareholders at the Ordinary General Assembly.
