QNB Participates in the 16th Edition of the Africa Banking Forum
QNB participated in the 16th edition of the Africa Banking Forum, organized by One Africa Forums from February 18 to 20, 2025, at the Sheraton Hotel in Tunis.
Committed to supporting innovation in the banking sector and promoting sustainable development, QNB supported this event, which brought together nearly 400 participants, including representatives from the banking sector and experts from 30 African countries, to exchange ideas on the latest developments in the sector in Africa.
QNB's participation in this forum is part of its ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) strategy and its commitment to fostering expertise exchange and collaboration with regional and international financial institutions.
It also illustrates the strategic vision of the QNB Group, which places innovation and sustainable development at the heart of its priorities, with the aim of creating a more modern and resilient financial environment.
The participation included an intervention by Mr. Lotfi Debbabi, CEO of QNB Tunisia, who presented the role of banks in achieving sustainable development goals and the importance of innovation in economic growth. He highlighted that banks play a key role in supporting development projects through innovative financial solutions, adapted to the new market requirements.
He also emphasized that innovation in the banking sector goes beyond products and services, and is essential for improving operational efficiency and facilitating access to financing for businesses and individuals, thereby promoting economic growth.
QNB Tunisia is present in 11 governorates with 25 branches, including two premium customer branches located on Mohamed V Avenue in Tunis and Sousse, as well as three business centers dedicated to enterprises in Tunis and Sousse. The bank also has a currency exchange office located at Tunis-Carthage Airport.
