Tunisian Startup ProVerdy Continues to Rise
The Tunisian startup ProVerdy is continuing its ascent. On the occasion of the 22nd edition of the Tunisia Investment Forum (TIF 2026), it won the award for "Startup of the Year," a distinction that rewards its commitment to the environmental transition of companies and its growth potential. Founded by Souha Bejaoui, ProVerdy develops a digital platform that helps companies measure, manage, and reduce their carbon footprint. Thanks to artificial intelligence and data analysis, the solution supports organizations in their environmental approaches and the production of their ESG reports, thus meeting increasingly strong sustainability requirements.
A Reward for Hard Work and Perseverance
In a publication announcing this award, the ProVerdy team emphasizes that this prize represents more than just technological recognition. It rewards months of work, challenges, and perseverance, while confirming the relevance of their vision: transforming environmental data into concrete decisions to accelerate the ecological transition of companies. The startup also states that it is honored to be distinguished among companies that contribute to the economic, social, and environmental development of Tunisia. This award constitutes, according to them, a new source of motivation to continue their development, both in the Tunisian market and internationally.
Previous Awards and Recognition
This distinction adds to another award obtained a few months earlier. In February 2026, Souha Bejaoui won the Sustainability Award at the Tunisian Women Entrepreneurs Awards (FET 2026), rewarding her ClimateTech project and her commitment to sustainable innovation.
The Tunisia Investment Forum
Organized by FIPA-Tunisia, under the aegis of the Ministry of Economy and Planning and in partnership with the African Development Bank, the Tunisia Investment Forum is one of the country's main economic events. This 22nd edition, held under the theme "Tunisia: Renewed Dynamic, New Opportunities," brought together investors, entrepreneurs, and decision-makers around investment opportunities and innovation in Tunisia.
