Presidential Decree No. 2024-719 of December 31, 2024: Extension of Helicopter Unit Deployment in the Central African Republic under UN Auspices
The Presidential Decree No. 2024-719 of December 31, 2024, extending the deployment of a helicopter unit in the Central African Republic under the auspices of the United Nations, was published last Friday in the Official Journal.
This decree stipulates that the deployment of the helicopter unit in the Central African Republic, as part of the support provided to the United Nations Multidimensional Integrated Stabilization Mission in the Central African Republic (MINUSCA), as per Presidential Decree No. 2020-142 of December 17, 2020, as amended by Decree No. 2023-52 of January 31, 2023, is extended for an additional year, effective from December 21, 2024.
