Tunisia Extends State of Emergency
New Decree Announced for 2026
The decree n°485 of December 29, 2025, published in the Official Journal, extends the state of emergency across the entire Tunisian territory from January 1 to January 30, 2026.
In effect since November 24, 2015, following a terrorist attack in Tunis, the state of emergency had already been extended once in January 2025 for a period of 12 months.
