Tourism Sector Expected to Experience Significant Growth in 2025
The tourism sector is expected to experience a significant growth next year, with a 4% increase in overnight stays and tourism revenue, supported by an investment volume of 600 million dinars and a projected growth rate of 5.5%.
According to the 2025 State Budget, the government anticipates 10.2 million tourists for next year, generating revenue of approximately 7.5 billion dinars, compared to 9.88 million tourists and 7.2 billion dinars in 2024.
Among the 10.2 million projected visitors, the government estimates that 5.9 million will be Algerian and Libyan visitors, compared to 5.2 million in 2024.
