The Ordinary General Meeting of Poulina Group Holding (PGH), held on June 11, 2025, has approved a dividend distribution of 0.450 dinar per share for the 2024 fiscal year. The coupon detachment is scheduled for Friday, July 11, 2025.
This decision is part of PGH's regular dividend distribution policy, as one of the largest industrial conglomerates in Tunisia, active in sectors such as agri-food, real estate, construction, building materials, and packaging.
