Poulina Group Holding (PGH) Starts 2026 on a Positive Note

The first half of 2026 has begun on a positive note for Poulina Group Holding (PGH). The group achieved a cumulative turnover of 2,118 million dinars (MD), representing a 7.9% increase compared to the same period in 2025. This growth accelerated in the second quarter, with revenues rising by 14.1%, driven by strong sales performance in both local and international markets.

Industrial Offensive Continues

In parallel, PGH is pursuing its industrial offensive. The group invested 143.5 MD in the first six months of the year, more than double the amount committed a year earlier. These investments aim primarily to strengthen production capacities in the poultry and agri-food sectors, while supporting the development of activities related to construction materials and steel processing.

Operational Performance

On the operational front, the agri-food sector has emerged as the main driver of growth for the group, with the strongest revenue growth in the second quarter. All other business segments also showed positive growth, indicating a balanced growth across PGH's portfolio. The group notes that none of its businesses recorded a decline in turnover during the period.

Increase in Bank Debt

This dynamic is accompanied by an increase in bank debt, which rose by 16.1% at the end of June. This evolution is part of the group's investment strategy to support its development.

Holding Company Performance

On the holding company side, revenues also increased by 26.1% in the second quarter, driven primarily by revenue from participation in subsidiaries.

Overall, PGH's performance in the first half of 2026 reflects the group's ability to drive growth and invest in its development, while maintaining a balanced portfolio of activities.
