PMO Mastery 2025: Unlocking Project Governance and Performance
The first edition of PMO Mastery 2025 will take place on October 11 and 12 in Hammamet, a key event aimed at enhancing project governance and performance. This event is specifically designed for project managers, PMO managers, and program directors, particularly in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
Day 1: Targeted Training Sessions
On October 11, a day of targeted training sessions will cover four essential themes:
- Creating and managing a PMO
- Hybrid PMO
- Performance indicators (KPIs)
- Artificial intelligence in project management The objective is to strengthen skills, improve efficiency, and ensure project consistency.
Day 2: Panels and Meetings
On October 12, panels and meetings will focus on:
- Governance
- Emotional intelligence
- Decision-making
- Leadership
- Change management Two sessions will conclude the event: PMO and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), and specific challenges in the banking and telecom sectors.
