Tunisian Parliament Adopts Key Articles of 2025 Finance Bill
During a plenary session held on November 27, the Assembly of People's Representatives (ARP) adopted articles 13 and 15 to 22 of the 2025 Finance Bill (PLF) without modification.
The government's version of article 13 was maintained, which involves the creation of a social protection fund for female agricultural workers and the establishment of tax incentives in their favor. Female agricultural workers will benefit from the interventions of the Social Security Fund reserved for them, for a period of 10 years, starting from January 1 of the year in which they began to benefit from the fund's interventions, instead of the previously planned 5 years.
Articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, and 22 of the 2025 Finance Bill were also adopted without modification.
